Best Rice Cooker Steamer

- what is the best rice cooker/steamer
I got addicted to eating steamed rice with my meals while visiting a friend in Japan, and found it to be a refreshing alternative to, say, having french fries with everything I eat. I want to buy one for myself, but before I hit up good ol' Amazon or likewise, I wanted to know what the good people of yahoo answers had and what worked best. Which models are the best value for price and quality? I don't need a very high end model, but something that preferably wouldn't burn the rice.

A I have a Rival brand it's a 4C about $20.00 @ Kmart I've had it for years works like a charm. The secret, use long grain rice, and 2-1 ratio 2c water to 1C rice,I use slightly less than 2C, and don't take off the lid till it's done.

I m planning to buy a rice cooker with a steamer.I use to cook rice all 7 days.Daily i used to cook 1 cup of rice(uncooked) everyday.I have 3 ltr pressure cooker so i m looking for a rice cooker which cooks more than 3 cup(uncooked).I need it below 25$ and it should be worthfull.
