Miracle Rice Cooker Reviews - FAQ and Questions
- Do you use a rice cooker to make rice?
I have found this a miracle for my rice, it was horrid when I made it in a pan. Mushy and porridge-like, and I'm a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to rice. Have you heard of those rice cooker recipes, you can add other things to make a meal in itself - do you know any??

A I cant make rice without it, using a rc gives you perfect rice all the time.
- How does one really become healthy and toned/chiseled? What really works?
To further help with the answering of my question I will tell you a little bit about myself. I have recently turned 22 years old. I am out of shape and unhappy with the way that my body looks and feels. I am by no means obese. However, I do have some weight that I would like to get rid of. I want to become healthy, fit, and be as toned/chiseled as my body will allow. I do not expect to have a body like those actors from "Spartacus: Blood and Sand" as I am trying to be realistic, though personally, I would jump at the chance if there is one. I've searched the internet and will continue to do so until I find an actual solution. I know that this will not be an easy task and by no means am I seeking "shortcuts" or "miracles". I want to do this the right way not the "quick and easy" way. I have worked-out some in my past years. Spent months running miles a day and worked up to running a half-marathon. It took me two hours but, I'm still very proud that I was able to do it. During that time however, my eating habits were less than healthy. Junk food, gallons of soda, .... etc. I still eat unhealthy foods to this day but, I have cut soda out of my life. It's nothing but water and some iced tea from time to time but, I no longer run. Though I am going to cut out the iced tea as well. I am willing to stop eating all junk foods, processed foods, and switch to fruits, vegetables, and anything else that will further my goals. Haven't eaten from fast food places for years now, as I detest greasy foods. I honestly hold no "sentimental" attachments to certain foods and I believe that I have the willpower to see this through till I'm too old and crippled to do it any longer. Also, I don't smoke and I drink some wine once or twice a month. I don't have much time during the day due to work but, I have a good 3 hours in the morning and 3 hours at night before getting 8 hours of sleep. I also have Fridays and Saturdays off and have no qualms about spending my free time working out. I'm 5'8" and weigh somewhere between 160-180lbs (though weight is not my concern, it's the fat.) I enjoy eating raw vegetables like Tomatoes (Personal Favorite. Eat them like apples.), broccoli, cauliflower, cucumbers, and Lima Beans (Vegetable or bean, I'm not sure.). I enjoy cooked corn, peas, green beans, spinach leaves on sandwiches (whole wheat bread)... etc. Fruits of all kinds; strawberries, kiwis, oranges, watermelon, bananas... etc. Also, as a side note: I do not put salt, pepper, butter or anything of the sort on my vegetables. I simply eat them as they are. Problem is, I eat more junk food than the foods listed above. Also a huge fan of steak but am willing to part ways. As for equipment, not much. I recently got a juicer and rice cooker for Christmas and am quite excited. Though work out equipment is unfortunately absent in my house at this time as I don't know what to buy. Also, it's freezing and snowing outside and would like to find an alternative to running. However, if there is none, then I will grin and bare it. Anyways, to get to the point. I want to know what type of workouts should I do and how many times a week should they be done. How many times a day should I eat. What to eat and what not to eat. Things to avoid. I'm not expecting one person to tell me everything that I wish to know and I don't expect everything to be answered. Multiple answers from many different people of expertise is more than enough. Even a nudge in the right direction will be greatly appreciated. I will still continue to seek out answers beyond this site as I do not expect people to do everything for me but, a little help and guidance to send me on my way would be wonderful. One last thing. I would hope not to see any negative remarks and nonconstructive answers. Like, "Put down the fork." or "Use steroids." Though I understand that it is sometimes unavoidable. Do not lecture and just answer the question please. If there is any more information that is required, please feel free to ask so long as it's not too personal. Thank you.

A Go to there helped me a lot they show what u what ur supposed to do daily to be "cut"

tinyurl.com I use it practically every day for one thing or another and like the nice 8 cup size. I make brown rice, wild rice, lentil soup, pea soup, steel cut oatmeal, quinoa, barley and other whole grains. Everything seems to come out perfectly and clean-up is easy. I usually set the bowl in the sink with some warm water in it for about 10 minutes and then just sponge out any remaining residue. Info : www.amazon.com Visit on facebook : www.facebook.com
