					<description><![CDATA[This was amazing! I did a miniature version for my wife and I using these funky small round squash...they were delicious when stuffed with the mushroom mixture! I met a guy last season at a local farmer&#039;s market who grows some beautiful mushrooms...and we had just bought some mushrooms when I came across this recipe, what timing! So, I used golden oyster mushrooms, sautéed them in butter and garlic with chopped walnuts and a pinch of oregano. And followed the prep from there.
