My mom wants a pressure cooker type rice machine. We do eat a lot of rice. Sweet, brown, regular, sushi, etc. There's a Jojirushi pressure rice cooker for about $420-450. Sounds a lot for a rice cooker. Does anyone have it? Is it worth it? Are they worth it.
A it is .. we are using it at home and it makes life easier ..
Its a kind of parboiled rice used in south india and is called 'matta'. it takes a lot of time to cook.
A Sorry, I'm not really sure about that specific type of rice but I always recommend a NONSTICK cooker. Trust me, it is so much better.
