I make this nice breakfast often because it's very easy and effortless. If you don't have the Vitaclay, you can use any slow cooker or let it sit in the fridge overnight and cook it on the stove top for about 45 minutes to 1 hr. You can sweeten it with maple syrup or agave nectar if you want it sweeter, you can also add some toasted nuts. You could also make this in a pressure cooker in 20 minutes.
